Yoojae Won is a professor at Chungnam National University and has served as a principal researcher at the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute, CTO at AhnLab, and Executive Vice President of the Korea Internet & Security Agency.

He received a doctorate from Chungnam National University and has extensive experience in the field of cybersecurity. Among other things, he possesses relevant knowledge in response to hacking incidents and personal information protection. He currently serves as the president of the Korea Institute of Information Security and Cryptology and the chairman of Korea Computer Emergency Response Team Council.
