Dr. Lee is the COO & CISO (Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Security Officer) of SecuLetter Co., Ltd., a KOSDAQ-listed cybersecurity company, and has a Ph.D. in Engineering from Korea. He has more than 35 years of professional knowledge in the public and private sectors with an emphasis in ICT, Cybersecurity, and Internet media industries.

Prior to joining SecuLetter, as the head of the Global ICT Cooperation Division he was responsible for Cybersecurity-related multinational ICT ODA projects, inter-government ICT collaboration and led the National Cybersecurity Workforce Development Policy at KISA (Korea Internet & Security Agency), an agency under the Ministry of Science and ICT in Korea.

Having served as the Executive Vice President of KIICA (Korea IT International Cooperation Agency), an agency under the Ministry of Information and Communication, he oversaw 7 Global ICT promotion Centers located in the USA, UK, Singapore, Japan, and China to support the Korean IT start-ups.

Based on the advanced e-government project experience at DACOM Corporation, he extended his extensive knowledge to the foreign renowned global enterprises such as SAP, NCR, and Portal Software in the USA.

Throughout his career, he served as a professor at the Graduate School of Information Security at Dongguk University and Dr. Lee provided advisory roles in the OECD IT Ministerial Meeting organized by MIC, has excelled in serving as a Cybersecurity policy advisor to the Cyber Operations Command and the Army of the Republic of Korea.
