Ricardo is Brazilian and has 30 years’ experience in Automotive Segment. Since 2011 , he is the Administrative Vice President for HYUNDAI Motor Central & South Americas. Before Hyundai, Ricardo worked for DELPHI Automotive Systems (1995~2011) and PHILLIPS Semiconductors (1993~1995). Since 2013, Ricardo is Board Member in ANFAVEA ( National Association of the Brazilian Automotive Industries), Board Member in CNI ( National Confederation of the Brazilian Industries ) and Board Member in IQA ( Institute of Automotive Quality ). Ricardo is Bachelor in Electronic Engineering ( Mackenzie University – Brazil ) and Master Degree in Foreign Affairs and Corporate Internationalization ( FIA – Brazil and Grenoble Administration University – France ). Also, Ricardo is MBA in Project Management ( Michigan University – USA ) and Manufacturing Management ( Darmstadt University – Germany ). Since 2020, Ricardo is the attending the Doctorate Degree in Business Innovation ( FGV – Brazil ).20
