Juan Ilich Pérez García
Juan Ilich Pérez García is Samsung SDS General Counsel (the IT and Logistics entity of Samsung Group), and Lead Compliance Auditor, particularly regarding Labor, Quality and Supply Chain matters, for Mexico and Miami since 2015 up to date, with prior public expertise as a District Attorney from 2011 to 2015 and as a Federal Attorney in Land Management from 2007 to 2010, as well as private practice in Corporate and Intellectual Property.
Juan has a PhD in Global Development and a JD from the Autonomous University of Baja California and has studied at the Organization of American States –where he has collaborated with International Labor Law research and published works-, as well as in The Hague Academy of Private International Law, the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and the Universidad de Buenos Aires, among others. Recipient for scholarships from Shell, Santander, Conacyt, he has previously participated in the US Anti-Corruption Summit (2023) and at the International Bar Association Panels in Seoul, Hamburg, Madrid, and Buenos Aires.
Juan Ilich has published articles with support of the American Bar Association and the Mexican Association of International Law (AMEDIP), lecturing from time to time in Trade and Law Graduate subjects at Mexican Universities.
