Polo Paredes is a pivotal member of the Strategy & Transformation leadership team at Rockwell Automation, headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

In his role as the EPC Business Director, he shoulders the responsibility of honing the Go-To-Market strategy and cultivating strategic partnerships with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firms.

Polo’s journey began in the lively metropolis of Mexico City, where he grew up and initiated his academic pursuits at Tec de Monterrey in Mexico. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, with a specialty in automotive engineering. he further enriched his background with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Malone University in Canton, Ohio.

With a career in industrial automation spanning over two decades, Polo has accrued extensive experience on a global scale. He has been at the forefront of diverse initiatives related to Market Access, Industry, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Strategy Development.

Polo’s contributions extend to earning a national recognition from the Hispanic Association of Corporate Responsibility, and patents in Simulation and Collaborative Engineering, showcasing his innovative spirit. Polo also serves as a Board Director for Latino Arts, a non-profit organization, reflecting his commitment to giving back to the community.
