Katherina is the current CEO of NIVEL4, a renowned Chilean cybersecurity company.

She was Director of the CSIRT (IT security incident response team) of the Government of Chile (2020- 2021). During her tenure, she led the implementation of the cybersecurity awareness program.

Over the last decade she has acquired extensive experience in the creation and implementation of public cybersecurity policies and cybersecurity strategies with special emphasis on the creation, implementation, and maturation of computer security incident response teams.

Katherina has also been recognized as Outstanding Woman in Cybersecurity in Chile and Top Woman in Cybersecurity in Latin America.

Among her professional achievements are:

• Creation and legitimation of the CSIRT of the Government of Chile
• Co-authorship of the cybercrime law, the cybersecurity framework bill, and numerous sectoral regulations
